Voyage Dog Side Character #8 Betsy is a teenage human girl who is Scottish and has pink hair. She is friends with Hazel and they both go to a school in Scumberg called Scumberg Junior High. Betsy is a cheery character who loves shopping for kilts at Go Kilt Yourself which is located at the local mall of Scumberg. She has a thick Scottish accent that the main characters can’t really understand except for Hazel.
