When Rufus Abel travels to a crime-ridden planet, he comes across a group of misfit criminals. Rufus, Psy, Yoko and Ugi must put aside their differences and stand up against the Crime-Lord of Ciruwasa, "Glitch". They're the only ones who can stop his plans of unleashing body-horror monstrosities known as "Meat-puppets" upon Ciruwasa.
